When going to a meeting or farm sale you know you've arrived at the right spot when all the vehicles in the lot are pickup trucks.

Brought a seed tender home. Just looking. Haven't bought it yet.

      1. I’m endlessly impressed with farmers’ ability to fix things, one way or another. I have 0 mechanical aptitude- I can read a diagram, but then I drop the very expensive bolt somewhere I shouldn’t when I try to insert it

        1. That happens to us too. I will say that farmers (and other handy people) can find a tool for a job just about anywhere. Even if you’re in the middle of nowhere and have no real tools.

  1. If you end up keeping the seed tender i would be very interested in the ksi conveyor you had on your old one.

    1. Hi neighbor. We sent the old wagon out today to get a roll tarp put on it. Probably going to keep it for now, but you never know! $14k seemed like a lot just to go down the road faster. I’ve never seen the planter sit idle waiting on seed.

      1. I understand. The self loaders that park-can and unverferth make are amazing, but the sticker shock is pretty intense. Most expensive one we saw at ft. Wayne farm show was $27,000! We are planning on converting ours to a belt auger and drop tube similar to what you guys use. If you know anyone who wants a blower unit like my old one let me know.
