Two Old Fords and a Chevy on the Farm

I’m a bit of a car nut. I like just about everything automotive. In this post I get a chance to put cars and farming together. These old cars from the 1950s have been sitting in the woods for a long time. They came with the land, and have been sitting there slowly returning to the earth longer than I’ve been around as far as I know. That’s roughly 31 years and 6 months if you were wondering.

  1. At the price of scrap, Id take em in and buy yourself a nice rifle for the upcoming hunting season.

  2. i’d post up on craigslist. that 2 door slant back would go for some real good cash if you find the right person. then that 4 door at the bottom looks like it had a sunroof of some sort, if those front A pillars aren’t to bad i’m sure that would go good too. I’ll bet the back glass for the ol girl is worth a fortune too!

    1. I think Mother Nature put the sunroof in. It’s been growing quite a bit the last few years. I’ve never lifted the hood on the Chevy, but the motors have been pulled from the Fords. One day I should scavenge through them and see what parts I could sell. I’ve sold a fair amount of car parts online.

  3. I remember walking down there when we were younger! They look about the same as I remember them looking!
